Bergey Roots

Bergey Roots is a farming operation started by James Bergey III that partners with Bergey's Breadbasket to provide its customers with homegrown quality produce. James with the help of many family members specializes in seasonal produce. He will grow lettuce in the spring, tomatoes and sweet corn in the summer, collards and broccoli in the fall, and carrots in late fall to winter. James says "Bergey Roots strives to provide crops that are grown with only organically approved methods of pest control and fertilization and our only herbicide is good ol' fashioned hard work.
